The victim stated that prior to officer`s arrival; the defendant return back to the residence and started to kick and scream for the victim to open the door for him. The victim refused to open the door, due to fear for her safety as well as her childrens. The advised that due to her refusing, the defendant became even more enraged, and took one her child’s car seat (located outside the front door) and began to smash the window to gain entry. The defendant succeeded in gaining entry inside the residence. Once inside the victim alleges, that the defendant grabbed her, threw to the ground began kicking her on the right side of her face and stomach. At that moment the victim got up, ran towards her cell phone and dialed 911. Once the victim was able to dial 911, the defendant left the residence in an unknown direction.
