I am doing a position RBAA paper, where I will be talking about whether we should have fault divorce in every state or not. 17 out of the 50 states in America have a no fault divorce in courts, which makes post-divorce battles messier than they should have to be. I have chosen this topic because when divorced parents battle for custody or for the wellbeing of their children, this part of the divorce decree comes into play and can make a huge difference on what the court thinks and who gets custody of the children.
