In the Unites States, many immigrants come in search for a better life. Racheal Ngang is immigrant from Cameroon, Africa. Racheal was only twenty –three years old when she left her country to come to the United States in 1996. Her goal in coming to the United States was to obtain a better life for herself. Coming to the United States was hard for her because she would be the first of her family to come to immigrate to another country. The city population is 44 percent of the total population with the remaining population lives in the rural areas. In Cameroon, there are about 250 different ethnic groups. An astounding 30 million individuals died from AIDS during the time it was visible to the world. There are practically 90% of HIV-infected children in 2011 in sub-Saharan Africa (Taraphar.P, et al., 2011). HIV/AIDS is a threat socioeconomic that affect Ghana and the United States. The need social measures to improve their physical, psychological, and social welfare. HIV/AIDS has been known to result in poverty and undermined the family support system (Taraphar.P, et al., 2011). In Cameroon, there is an approximation of one hundred forty-one new cases per day. In Cameroon, the majority of the new evidence of infection is because of sexual intercourse (HIV Aids in Cameroon , 2011). In the United States, unlike Cameroon HIV/Aids has had a steady decline mortality rates in 2010. United States transmission of HIV/Aids has different patterns. The United States can have more preventions and treatments. The advances in treatment have considerably reduced AIDS-linked death. HIV treatment plan advocates initiating antiretroviral therapy (ART) as soon as the person knows that they are affected (The HIV/AIDS Epidemic in the United States, 2015 ). The 2013 yearly report of the Association, the quantity of citizens infected with HIV has plummeted significantly. Although the Millennium Development Goals (MDG),
