Rad Coffee uses local events to promote their business. For example, Rad Coffee will be serving hot coffee, cold brew, and lemonade in front of their shop on November 12th for the annual Tour de Foothills. (Rad Coffee Facebook) Upland also holds an annual Race for the Cure event on the first day of October where Rad Coffee can have a booth at where they can have a few of their employees sell coffee. Participating in local events is a way for Rad Coffee to submerged themselves into the community and gain loyal customers. These type of events will be promoted through a flyer that will be posted at least two weeks before the event in the window of the coffee shop as well as Rad Coffee’s website, their facebook page, and the Upland’s official
