Based on my scores on the questionnaire, I have three areas in which I am strongest and they are motivating myself toward a goal, getting back on track after procrastinating, and understanding how managing my time can help reduce my stress level. I also found out what my weak areas are and they are after setting a long-term goal, breaking it down into short-term goals and recording tasks, events, responsibilities in a planner and checking it regularly. I feel by being able to motivate myself towards a goal I will be more likely to actually accomplish the long-term goal. I feel by being able to get myself back on track after procrastinating will be very beneficial for me because after I realize I am procrastinating I promptly get back to what I supposed to be doing. I feel by understanding how managing my time helps me reduce my stress level will be helpful because it encourages me to make schedules, plan events, and not procrastinate; when I was in high school I use to get home from school and just play video games or hang out with friends, now that I’m working for a security company I have learned how to manage my time and prioritize my task. I know I need to work on setting long-term goals and breaking them down it into smaller/short-term goal and recording tasks and events in a planner and checking it regularly. I need to change both of these because by setting a long term goal and not know how to get there can very daunting, and recording anything in a planner can help me organize my day, week, or even year. I can change my behavior by first purchasing a planner, then by recording my tasks; and by start breaking up my long-term goal into smaller/easier goals to make it more
