This report is the upshot of my internship programme that correlated my academic study with practical organizational experience. During my internship period in Standard Bank (SBL), I have come to know, how actually, a commercial bank of high standard with international reputation like SBL can put in experiment a new concept or service for greater accommodation in a third world country.
