On Thursday February second, I went to my first Alcoholics anonymous meeting. Before the meeting I was a little nervous about attending and being asked any questions or having to share a story. However, once I arrived to the meeting, I was a little more comfortable with being there. There was only about eleven people attending the meeting, so to my surprise it was kind of small. They started the meeting by reading the 12 traditions and everyone introducing themselves. The head guy also asked if anyone had any trouble with avoiding a drink today, which I did not expect to be asked during the meeting. In this meeting, they were reading out of the alcoholic anonymous book, and the chapter to be read for this particular meeting was called “Student
