On 11/02/2015, Stephen Dobson contacted Pasco Sheriff`s Office by telephone to report a Petit Theft.
Mr. Dobson advised between 1500 and 1515 hours on 11/02/2015, an unknown suspect stole the listed bicycle with accessories that he left unsecured and leaning against the rear exterior wall of the maintenance building at the noted location.
Mr. Dobson said when he returned to the location where he left his bicycle and did not see it. He thought someone was playing a prank on him.
