Target Telemarketing

Target Telemarketing was founded 1995 in a small Midwest town. The vision to improve the sales experiences and customer service for our clients quickly grew, and soon Target Telemarketing became a large company, with locations in 15 states. Today we strive to provide quality service and sales to our valued clients.

The primary business goal of Target Telemarketing is to grow and expand even more. We thoroughly screen all employees previous to hire. Training is a very important and ongoing process in our offices. We strive to provide top quality training for our employees as well as continued support and supervision. Through our employees we reach out to the needs of our clients and successfully implement sales and customer service quality that is beyond compare.

Introduction to the Project

*Project Goals Recently a new office was added to our South location, and 75 new employees were hired to fill this office. The employees are receiving company training through seminars and workshops, but there is a lack of training in Microsoft Office programs. All new employees will need to receive a thorough training in all Microsoft Office 2007 programs.

*Time Allotment There is an allotted time of 8 weeks from the start of training to completion.

*Budget Will be determined

*Description of Needed Training All new employees need professional training in Microsoft Office 2007 programs. Training should include teaching how to use each tool and option in each program. Employees should also be given video trainings, reading materials, and hands-on activities in a motivating learning environment. Adequate time to exercise the concepts and test their knowledge should be given through interactive activities. Respect for each learning style and employee personal
