Leonardo Pisano Bigollo was an Italian Mathematician who was born in 1170 in Pisa, Italy. His parents were Alessandra Bonacci and Guglielmo Bonacci he was educated in North Africa when he was younger he grew up loving math. His parents sent him away to go study calculation with an Arab Master (O'Connor, JJ, and EF Robertson). Fibonacci came up with the the Golden Ratio which is a number that dividing a line in two parts so therefore the longer part is equal to the smaller part which is equal to the whole length divided.
