That fit the human body requires in order to run the activity. In my opinion, sports skills are not important than the willingness to doing sport and sports are not just the athlete. Doing sports doesn’t mean that people should go to the gym, but they still can doing exercise without going to gym. Activities such as walking and running are cheap and more accessible. Cheaper than other activities because it only requires running shoes. People can walk and jog everywhere such as parks. In addition, they can socialize with their neighbors and bring their pets to go for a walk. Meanwhile swimming requires swimming gear. Swimming is popular not only because of helping people to lose weight but also help fat people to lowering their risk of injury when they are doing sports. However, biking or cycling is also an option because it a low impact exercise. But, the cost of equipment should be consider before buying those gears. As a result of modern era and suitable with all age groups, dancing is one of the most popular sport. Dancing is an aerobic exercise. After doing sports, there are some benefits such as increasing immune system, improving the function of the parts of the body, reduce stress, and make the body better. This essay will discuss about activities and benefits of sports.

The first benefit is functioning immune system to ward off germs, bacteria, and diseases that are around the neighborhood. Sports affect the performance of the hormone in the body such as adrenaline and serotonin, which are useful for immune system. When the immune system increases, the body will be more resistant against disease. Minor ailments such as influenza can be easily attacked if the immune system is reduced.

Improving the function of the body parts is second benefit of exercise. In the brain, it can be seen from the increasing concentration, creativity, and the ability to remember things. This is because the increased blood flow caused by the amount of oxygen that much. Type of exercise is recommended to reduce cholesterol aerobic gymnastics, swimming, running, cycling, and walking. It is to move the muscles in the body are often buried in fat like thighs and arms.

2 . Along with age, the body react towards it. Skin cells is one example of body reaction. When the cells are old and do not regenerate, it will show up wrinkles in the skin. Sports emerged as one of the solutions that can prevent wrinkles because it stimulates the skin to produce new cells in the skin. So skin looks bright and tight.

3 Many diseases are emerging and one factor is due to lack of exercise. Ranging from heart disease, hypertension, kidney, liver, diabetes to colon cancer. The most common disease is due to lack of exercise is diabetic. People with diabetes are encouraged to exercise that aims to make the disease stops from getting worse. In the case of diabetes it happens because of the number of calories burned so that will decrease the level of blood sugar.

4 . Better body composition is even with the same weight but a change in the amount of composition. Water, adipose tissue, fat, and muscle tissue is the main composition of the human body. When exercising, fat burning occurs and an increase in muscle mass. Muscle known as metabolically active tissue will require more calories than the other cells including fat. This is a result of reduced insulin resistance and will improve the regulation of blood sugar.
