POSSIBLE MISSING LINK: The primary and secondary questions you have proposed for research seem very well developed. The only potential problem I can see with your questions is the possible problem that you didn’t thoroughly link sustainability to your major field. I see that you have a very clear link with sustainability but it seems as if you have possible left out the link to your major field. I would suggest that you specify what your major field is and what kind of field biosorption deals with. I am guessing that biosorption has to deal with either the chemistry or biology field but I am not sure and I would recommend specifying which field it deals with and making that connection clear. Other than the potential link to your major field possibly missing the questions look very good.
POTENTIAL FOR RESEARCH QUESTIONS: The questions you have provided for research seem to me like they have a very good potential to yield a very successful research paper. I think that your primary question is specific enough to be answered thoroughly with well-developed answers in a short research paper. The questions you have provided also do not have a yes or no answer and require a more in depth answer which will be beneficial to you when writing your research paper. The questions also seem to cover the area of biosorption very well and seem like they link that topic to sustainability in a very good manner. The only suggestion I have for you is to revise your questions and make sure you are making a specific connection to your major field of study and address your field of study. Through the revision of your questions I think you can develop a very good research paper that well thoroughly answer all of your questions and meet all of the requirements.

...| Research Article Review | Proactive encouragement of interdisciplinary research teams in a business school environment: strategy and results | | | Research Article Review Proactive encouragement of interdisciplinary research teams in a business school environment: strategy and results Author: Susan M. Adams, Nathan C. Carter, Charles R. Hadlock, Dominique M. Haughton and George Sirbu Introduction: This article describes the importance of interdisciplinary research and teaching that has become a common theme in assessing the state of modern university. The US National Academies have issued a self described ‘call to action’ to universities to upgrade their attention to this issue and the retiring president of the International Economics Association has argued strongly for more to be done to connect the disciplines. Many academic work of business school faculty still tends to focus on the interests of disciplinary academic journals. The pressures for a disciplinary focus encourage individual investigators to pursue common phenomena. It is convenient to view cross-disciplinary collaboration using a social network Paradigm. Research findings indicate that, in general, diverse teams promote more innovative solutions provided they can work well together. Individuals working on teams are bridge to external resources from their own social networks. In this way a team benefits from members that have connections to outside networks that can provide access to additional...

This quantitative research article is an experimental study to determine the effect of preoperative skin preparation procedures by nurses on post-surgical site infections in abdominal surgeries. The research question that the authors Dizer et. al are asking is if pre-operative skin preparation will decrease the risk of post-operative skin infections in abdominal surgeries. This study was based on previous research done that states pre-surgical skin cleansing with antibacterial agents greatly reduce the risk of infections. This study is to provide more evidence to support its use into nursing practice. The research design was experimental in that there was an intervention; preoperative skin preparation, a sample group that received the intervention and a control group to compare the sample group to. The methods used to answer the question were that the experimental subjects of the study were 272 patients that had been hospitalized and underwent abdominal surgery during a specified time period. The population of patients that made up the two groups met certain criteria for the study, and then were randomly separated into the sample and control...

Consider who you’d go to extremes to avoid working with if you had a say. Here is the format for peer evaluations. Include the team member’s full name (1), and be specific about (2) what the team member did or did not do. At the end, if you were employed with this person, (3) would you recommend (a) Promoting, (b) Retaining (Keep in position), (c) Retaining with counseling to improve performance or (d) firing/replacing. Please keep in mind that in most business situations, only one person in a group would likely be promoted. Thus a recommendation to promote would be reserved for the truly exceptional team member Team Member 1: LEXA CREAMER As a team member with Lexa Creamer on the team marketing plan project, I feel qualified to speak about his/her job performance. Lexa’s contribution to the project was timely and significant. She accepts correction easily and is always willing to assist in any way that she can.
