Introduction Saat ini usaha makanan sangat menjamur di kota Bandung. Oleh karena itu bisinis ini sangat diminati untuk ditekuni. Bentuk bentuk dari usaha bias berupa café, rumah makan, makanan pedagang kaki lima atau makanan yang memperkenalkan ciri khas (seperti susu murni). Modal yang dikeluarkan adalah variasi tergantung bentuk tempat makanan apa yang akan diambil. Dengan modal yang minim pun bukan berarti usaha ini tidak bisa bersaing asal usaha yang dimiliki memiliki model, penyajian, makanan atau tempat yang unik dan akan menjadi ciri khas dari tempat makanan tersebut. Selain itu kerugian yang ditaksir dari penjualan makanan dapat di minimalisir sedimikian rupa. Untuk itu saya disini menbuat proposal untuk membuat tempat makanan di Bandung yang mengusung dana seminimal mungkin dan mendapat laba yang setinggi tingginya, hal ini saya janjikan karena saya sudah membuat perencanaan dengan baik dan benar mengikuti target pasar yang luas yang mungkin untuk membuat tempat makanan. Artian dari pernyataan diatas yaitu, bahwa saya memprioritaskan frekuensi pembelian daripada mematok keuntungan dari selisih harga penjualan. Konsep yang saya berikan tergolong unik, saya mengambil ide membuat makanan serba ada dengan menggunakan mobil box sebagai sarana transportasi sehingga kita tidak menemukan kesulitan untuk mendekorasi tempat dan pembelian kitchen set yang tergolong mahal sebagai awal usaha. Dengan variasi menu yang diberikan dan unsur unik dalam makanan dan penyajian diharapkan ketertarikan dari pembeli akan bertambah. Target pasar yang saya cermati adalah tempat yang strategis yang sering dilewati orang orang. Waktu operasi usahanya pun dimulai sore hari karena kebanyakan orang selesai beraktifitas ketika sore hari tiba dan mereka pasti membutuhkan makanan untuk melepas rasa lapar dan dahaga.

Data for the study was collected from various evidences gathered by systematic interview, direct observation, and participant observation.
