The primary goal of the study was to increase awareness of the areas in which the owners or managers of Thai restaurants in the U.S. could be further improved. All of interviewees are owners or managers of Thai restaurant in the U.S., a total of 10 participated in the study consisting of 9 owners and 1 manager. Data for the study was collected from various evidences gathered by systematic interview, direct observation, and participant observation.
