Sonia Berson was sent to a concentration camp near Danzig were she was assigned to build a road. Beside her was a friend of her aunt who was a mother figure to her. She was then shot before Sonia. Many others died from starvation and labor, but many have survived. The flower represents the life at the end of the darkness. We will always remember the lives that were taken, making meaning from memory
