...Twelfth Night Cast: Frances Barber, Christopher Ravenscroft, James Saxon, Abigail McKern, James Simmons, Anton Lesser, Caroline Langrishe, Richard Briers, Tim Barker, Christopher Hollis. Director: Kenneth Branagh Synopsis: Frances Barber starts the film as a woman who lost her brother (Christopher Hollis) and in an attempt to find money and a place to live without the inconvenience of her true identity, she uncovers herself in a man suit and prepares to work and live as a man. In this first version of the film, Branagh uses his intelligence to create a clever and funny film full of twists and mystery identities. Review: I recently saw Twelfth Night film version by Kenneth Branagh and honestly I can say I was very pleased by the outcome. It is really hard to transform one of Shakespeare’s best literary work into an interesting film version that keeps the true essence of the story and keeps you wondering and laughing at almost every scene. Shakespeare’s books were meant to be acted alive, to keep the audience intrigue by its cleverness, interesting and sometimes twisted scenes in which characters were involved in non so usual circumstances, and the fact that Kenneth managed himself to achieve that in a film version amazes me. This movie is filled with amazing actors who truly represent the characters in the book. First, Frances Barber gives a really good performance acting as Viola, a woman who lost her brother but was convinced he was still alive and Cesario...

...With Her Oil Lamp On, That Night Review With Her Oil Lamp On, That Night is a Korean novel written by Lim Chul-Woo during the times of War in Korea. This short story is written in such a way that readers can relate to the pain that the victims of the Korean War felt. Lim tells the story with such detail so that the readers feel like they are actually there observing. The story opens with a soldier in the company of rebels in the woods outside the town in which he grew up. The town was evacuated more than two months prior, but that night the soldier and his company saw a light. The soldier thought that it could be from his own house due to the fact that it was in the same area and it was the anniversary of the death of his father. He thought to himself that it is his own mother coming back to look for him and to pay her respects to her husband. The story then switches to the viewpoint of the mother of the soldier in the woods. She has taken the risk to return to her village even though it was forbidden for her to return. She was clinging to the hope that her son might return; clinging so much that when she evacuated her town, she did not even board up the windows and doors like much of the rest of the town. Many of the villagers even went as far as to burn down the homes that they were leaving behind. Lim continues the story in the mother’s point of view. She is in her home with meager portions of food for the tribute to her deceased husband. During the war, these meager portions...

...William, I will be interested to hear what becomes of your book review. I have always felt that Theodore Roosevelt was popular among modern-day Americans, and he has certainly has been the subject of pop culture due to Robin William's portrayal of him in Night at the Museum. Yet, Roosevelt still seems like an enigma because I do not know much about him other than the Rough Riders and the facts I have come across in our reading and lecture videos for this course. This is not the frontier of my knowledge about Roosevelt, but I just do not remember talking about him in great detail. I have heard of David McCullough before, and what I have read and heard was all positive; I think he should be a credible author. Nonetheless, I feel like...

...to the customer. The market that Jasco is in is the home lighting segment but more specifically the various categories of night lights. The motion night lights utilize the use of “enbrighten” which is a term Jasco uses to describe their long-lasting LED light bulb. The bulb is said to never have be replaced and since all of these are motion lights they do not have to be turned on either. To communicate this to the customer they utilize a well-designed website and also put this on the packaging. To help sell the product and to also further communicate value, Jasco has a licensing agreement with GE. The second category of plug-in lights are the Projectables. Projectables are an innovative way to market to kids. They project their favorite Disney, Nickelodeon, Marvel, or DC Comics character on the ceiling for a night light and entertainment utility. Jasco does not advertise so their primary way of reaching their consumer is to package the product nicely. With the licensing agreements with Disney, Nickelodeon, Marvel, and DC Comics, Jasco utilizes that recognition to help sell their products. Jasco utilizes video demonstrations on their website as well as YouTube. In the Jasco building there is a production studio to increase this unique capability. Since many people don’t know about Jasco most of their communication with customers is via Amazon reviews. This is their form of customer relationship management where they can find out first hand what people like about their product...

Besides you have longer hours to review all your notes and works unlike the dawn when you will have to race against time. A thorough review at night will help you remember the whole thing you have learnt while the hesitant studying at the dawn is highly prone to forgetting. This is true for a particular group of people. However, the scientists concluded that a good night's sleep, which includes both slow-wave and REM (Rapid eye movement) sleep, produces the most effective performances. What matters is not late night studying or early dawn...

...Pretend for a moment, you’re lying on a cold hard so-called bed after a long day of work barely eating a crumb of bread. For Elie Wiesel this wasn’t a simulated event, it was his reality. Gertrude Samuels in the book review "When Evil Closed In," provides an understanding on the book Night and the horrible circumstances Elie was facing every minute, hour and day spent in the camps. Samuels begins by giving some background of Elie, a child who has a passion for his religion. The Nazis soon come and ransack his hometown Sighet in Transylvania. The Jews have been sent to ghettos, and then forced into camps without knowledge of their fate or the fates of loved ones. Hearing the words heard the words "Men to the left! In creating the brand of you, how do you decide what to tell, how to tell it, and what to leave out? If given the task of introducing your personal brand through writing, what specific characteristics or attributes of yourself would you share? What stories would serve to provide the greatest impact? What memories would be the most telling in introducing who you are? Though we’ll work to answer these questions throughout the week, let's do a concrete exercise to get started: First, in seven words, tell us who you are and what you do. Try to draft a phrase that serves as our introduction to you (see examples below). Place this phrase in the subject line of your response post and then provide us with details to show us how this title represents your personal brand. Using vivid, concrete, descriptive words, share an example, anecdote, or scenario that brings your personal brand to life for your audience and provides an impression of who you are. This example should be written as the content of your actual post and should, at minimum...
