1. The revolutionists used his name without his knowledge. If he were guilty he could have escaped.
2. If the Liga was reorganized nine months later, he did not know about it.
3. If he were the chief of the revolution, why was he not consulted by the revolutionists?
4. It was true the he wrote the by-laws of the Liga Filipina, but this is only a civic association-not a revolutionary society.
5. He did not correspond with the radical, revolutionary elements.

...the national land use as the highest policy making body. It categorizes uses of land for protection, production, settlement and infrastructure. The NLUMA was opposed by the real estate sector as the act will negatively affect the housing backlog, real estate boom and global competiveness. It is said to be that the bill was too pro-peasant. The conversion of land in the Philippines is more on the growth of real estate and not by the manufacturing sector. It is driven by interest and thirst for money by capitals instead of providing for the need of the masses. The relocation sites for informal settlers are said to be the safety of the IS from the hazard of living near flood prone areas. They were relocated off city such as Bulacan, Rizal and Cavite. I have an experience wherein I interviewed someone that experience the relocation in Montalban. She said that the relation site is more of a danger zone and prone to disasters. It has no basic services and far from work. There is also less opportunity for livelihood. The relocation site in Montalban is prone to flooding as it is a catchment. Angono

...Rivera, Lieca R. June 6, 2016 Sec 1 Prof. Pelias Reflection: We visited 5 places in our Viaje de Angono. We depart from Santolan Station by roughly 8 am. The travel time to reach our first destination which is the Rizal windmill is 2 hours, as far as I remember. I have not been to Ilocos Norte to witness the famous Bangui Windmills, and it is included my bucket list to have a picture with those. I was really amazed to see the wind farm in Rizal since it seems like I get to see those in Ilocos. I also found out that the same company is operating both the Bangui and Pililla windmills. The Pililla windmills are on top of the hills overlooking the beautiful plains of Tanay Rizal on one side and Laguna on the other side. One will also get a very good view of Laguna de Bay. There are infographic boards there about Pililia and the wind farm. One interesting fact on why Pililia was chosen as the site for these wind turbines –these hills have a natural wind corridor with a monthly average of 36kmh windspeed passing through the hill and heightens during Amihan (north-east winds) season from October to March. We took plenty of photos with the wind mills for remembrance. Also, we bought memorabilia that the residents are selling there. We had our lunch after windmills. Then, we went to Nemiranda Art Haus and Balaw-balaw restaurant. This arthouse is surrounded by mythical relief murals and three dimensional mythological characters such as the “Ang Nuno” , “Habagat” and...

Something Borrowed Malcolm Gladwell Analysis

...Those notes can only be sequenced so many times before they are repeated by a new musician and called “original”. Intellectual property has been protected in the courts systems, but has favored personal interest over creativity and borrowing. In the case of Weber vs. Repp for example, Repp was claiming to be the owner of the copied Catholic folk music stolen to create music by Weber. With help from a lawyer, it is proven that Weber wrote a song previous to the music and songs by Repp. It was demonstrated that Weber wrote a song, Repp wrote another song sounding similar, and then Weber wrote the song in question. This showing that Weber borrowed from himself and Repp borrowed from him. The musical notes played in the same sequence were copied by both composers and therefore the courts dismissed the case, musical notes are not owned by any one composer. It does not matter what you copy but how much you choose to take. The idea behind Gladwell’s argument is that borrowing some to be creative is and needs to be acceptable in the eyes of “plagiarism...

...Punta de Fabian is located on Manila East Road, Barangay Evangelista, Baras, Rizal that is not far away from our house, you can get there maybe 10-15mins if you are living in Baras. Great food, friendly staff, cozy and high tech rooms, complete facilities, and everything you would ask for in your second home is in the famous and first-class, Punta de Fabian. Even though I only got to experience the cheapest but also of high-class room, I enjoyed the glamour of the place and felt like a very important guest.  First to talk about is the food. "Wow!" I think this expression summarizes everything about the food in Punta de Fabian. First we had is their pastry, tea and coffee. The croissant was really delicious, the coffee was great and the cookies were perfect. I even learned from Tracy, one of the hotel's trainees (if I'm not mistaken), that their pastries were being purchased by other hotels and restaurants. We had our sumptuous breakfast. Almost every kind of breakfast food was served in the buffet. I was amazed by the, delicious juices of every kind, and the unfamiliar fruits that taste so good, not to mention the excellent staff that assisted us. My stay at Nielsen's was really awesome and satisfying. Next are the friendly employees. The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was very nervous and insecure of how I look and present myself because of the formal environment of Punta de Fabian. Thanks to one of the staff who opened the car's door and greeted me with a friendly voice...

For example, half the class would play our recorders in sync with one another, and other students in the class would play percussion. With the rhythm of the music combined, the feel and sound of the music gives the audience a feel of a different environment, such as feeling as though you are taking a journey through an Indian village, or celebrating the first fourth of July in America. As I progressed through the year, music classes turned into singing as well. ...through the paper. Halfway through the paper, I saw my friend John suspiciously looking at the class. My instincts told me that something was wrong. As a result, I began to keep an eye on John. Suddenly, I saw John taking notes out from his pencil case! My mouth hung wide open and I gasped in shock. How could John do that! I thought should I report him? The devil in my mind said that I should not care about this thing after all, he is still my best friend while the angel said that I should be honest and report him. After thinking for a while, I decided to report him. I raised my hand and told the teacher “ Mr Tan, John is cheating by using notes from his pencil case.” The teacher nodded his head and walked towards John’s table. Mr Tan said “John! Why are you cheating?” John shook his head to deny that he did not cheat. Mr Tan confiscated his pencil case and dumped the contents out. Out came pencils, erasers and pens. But there was no notes inside! John let out a smirk from his mouth. I was shocked! I thought that there was a note? Just when I thought all hope was lost, Mr Tan found another zip at the pencil case and he opened it. Suddenly, John’s smirk began to vanish. Waves of panic overwhelmed him. The hidden note was found there! Mr Tan looked at John sternly. He brought John to the principal’s office to explain what had happened. On the next day, the fiery-tempered Discipline Master caned John during assembly period. After this incident...

...CHAPTER 2 LOCATION GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION TOPOGRAPHY HISTORICAL INFLUENCES Calinawan Cave is situated in Barangay Tandang Kutyo of Tanay, Rizal. History tells us that the cave served as hideout by Filipino revolutionaries during Spanish-American war, and a shelter during the Second World War. According to local folklore, it is where the Japanese and American troops settle their disputes. Thus, the Filipino word “Calinawan” comes from the word “Linaw” which means “to settle” or “to clear”. Long before the coming of Spaniards, Tanay was already settled by early Indonesian and Malay voyagers. Artifacts dug up attest to the existence of these early settlements. Not long after the conquest and subjugation of Manila and the surrounding lake areas by Salcedo in 1571, Franciscan missionaries arrived to Christianize the inhabitants of what is now the Morong-Pililla area. From Morongan, the priest administered Tanay and other chapel villages and ranches. In 1773, construction of the now famous Tanay Church was begun and was finished 10 years later. Tanay became a Municipality in 1894 as an effect of the Spanish Maura Law. The first election of Public Office took place in 1895-1898 and 1898-1900 under the Revolutionary Government of Philippines. Tanay members of the Katipunan fought valiantly during the Revolution against Spain. The town was the headquarters of the second military area of the Philippine Revolutionary Government under General Emilio Aguinaldo. And for a brief period...

...Improving Your Note Taking ▪ Effective note taking is one of the keys to succeeding in school. Students should devote a considerable amount of time reviewing information discussed during classroom lectures. It is very difficult remembering specific details from classroom lectures without good notes. These note taking strategies will help you to take better notes: ▪ Make clear and accurate notes Make sure to take legible and accurate notes since it is not uncommon to forget key details discussed in class after it has ended. Frequently, students comprehend the teacher's lecture, so they'll neglect to jot down specific details only to forget them later. Students who keep accurate notes can review them later to fully grasp key concepts during personal study time. Additionally, since during classroom lectures teachers frequently cover many topics, effective notes enable students to concentrate on specific topics. ▪ Come to class prepared Students properly prepared for class usually take better notes.
