CATS

Cats are clean and graceful animals requiring very little care. They instinctively clean themselves and do their "business" in dirt or cat litter before covering it up with their paws.

It's a shame that cats get such bad publicity in the media and are considered dangerous animals in the view of most human beings. For example the saying that “these mean things will claw your eyes out” is really not true. Such a thing won't happen unless you corner a cat and/or it's afraid for its life.
Each cat has their own personality, but most cats are very independent and can be very stubborn. (i.e. it's hard to train a cat to make it do what you want, like sit or roll over) They can also have a short temper, but will usually warn you before you really make them mad.
After forming a bond of trust with the cat, they have nothing but love for an owner that treats them right. Cats are great at cuddling in bed, but If cuddling isn't your thing they will learn to give you your space and sleep at the foot of the bed or on a chair.
Cats are very playful. They instinctively enjoy running around and catching things that move.
Cats also will genuinely care about an owner they love. For example, if you leave the house/apartment they will worry that you left them, or if you or a loved one is crying they will often try to comfort you. It should also be noted that petting a cat is scientifically proven to lower blood pressure and stress. So go ahead, pet them all you want! They will love it, and you will too. Just don't pet their fur backwards! Also, most cats don't like their hind feet touched, and their stomach only when they trust you enough. They do, however, love their cheeks to be rubbed.
Cats DO have claws, so be careful!

...Romeo and Juliet Essay - Critical Commentary Critical Commentary Opening Prologue: The first act prologue not only reveals what will happen during the course of the play, but also some of the major dichotomies. The opening line shows us that the Capulet and Montague houses are, although at odds, equal in their aristocratic status. It was considered "fashionable" in the Renaissance for aristocratic families to have feuds, but they were not to engage in public fighting, a taboo which is broken by the Capulets and the Montagues. However, line 4 indicates that these equal families are in an ungoverned situation where no rules will be obeyed, which is why they are able to fight. The Chorus reveals one of the most important themes of the play in line 5-8, which is that Romeo and Juliet are destined not only to love each other, but to die, which will end the feud. The fact that Shakespeare tells us the end of the play before it even begins is intentional—this creates a tension between what we as the audience know must happen, and what could have happened if the characters had acted differently. Thus the theme of fate versus free will emerges: do Romeo and Juliet die because it was their destiny, or do they die because of their actions and the actions of those around them? In my experience as a teacher, I’ve seen that the biggest challenge students face in writing the SAT essay is coming up with rich and relevant examples to discuss within the twenty-five minutes you’re given for the essay section. Quite often, students end up using examples that are inappropriate or superficial, or they don’t know enough about the examples they’ve chosen to write about them in detail. The way to combat this problem is to create your own repertoire of examples that you are well prepared to write detailed paragraphs about. Then, when you read the prompt you’re given on the day of the test, you can simply choose the examples from your repertoire that are most relevant to that particular topic. (Of course, this method isn’t fullproof; it may happen that you are unfortunate enough to get a topic that your prepared examples aren’t really appropriate for.
