Nadav and TSA Staff, Kimberly Czarneski, were in Room D127 Classroom working on Alphabet flashcards and sitting at the table. Nadav was being asked to hand Kimberly the flashcard with a particular letter after being presented with two cards. Nadav had completed roughly 5 sets when he became agitated and ripping the cards. Staff was redirecting Nadav to continue his work when he moved from his chair at the table to the floor in the corner opposite the bean bag and mat. He found a sea life magazine that he began ripping into tiny pieces. I, Kimberly Czarneski, attempted to redirect Nadav with no success. Nadav completed his tasks in the bathroom and exited the bathroom. The apartment was empty when we exited and Nadav chose to bounce on the trampoline for about 5 minutes. Nadav destroyed a roll of tape as he jumped off the trampoline and ran from the apartment back into the D127 classroom. Mr. Ryan Ramstack was waiting for us when we arrived back in the classroom. Nadav began throwing chairs, pushing his large table, and continuing the destruction started previously on the smaller items in the room. Mr. Ramstack made the decision to call for the Emergency Response Team (Jacob, Luke, and Jodi) to respond to the classroom. When they arrived, Nadav and Kimberly were in Room D127 at a safe distance and Mr. Ramstack was in the other classroom with the door open for a visual. At nearly the same time, Michael Shapiro (Nadav’s father) arrived at the door to drop off Nadav’s lunch. Kimberly instructed him to meet Mr. Ramstack in the other classroom around the corner due to the situation. A few moments later, Nadav ran from Room D127 through the door where Mr. Ramstack was standing and into the apartment and out the grey door
