Human Resources and is one of the most important and vital administrative rank in the industry. These are the dedicated professionals who are responsible to take care of the human resources department for any corporation. The head of the HR department always reports directly to the chief executive officer.
In a corporation, human resources professionals are responsible for maintaining employment levels and hiring skilled workers to accomplish company goals. Effective human resources management is crucial to an organization during times of change, such as a company merger. The highest levels of HR employment make decisions that can affect the employment practices of an entire organization.
With this definitions and introductory statement I would like to start going through all the RUS cases events. wan machinery started 150 years ago working in the field of cooling and heating technologies

After going through all the internal events we can get to one conclusions , we have on the first hand a chain communication problem and second, problem on the high level management Hierarchy and for that I chosen to start this paper with the following definitions which lakes the a clear HR department to control all the recruitment and the performance not to forget a plan on all levels and this problem can be solved by starting an efficient strong department on all levels high ,mid & low levels and to report directly to the upper management .

The research found that the percentage of skilled and unskilled labour in the construction companies, some barriers and solutions of training and motivating workforces and the relationship between training and motivation practices in teamwork improvement. Ideally, new skill requirements should be identified and developed early in the change process in order to ensure that managers and employees are ready to face their new tasks and roles when the changes are implemented. However, despite good intentions at the top management level, employees and middle managers often report uncertainty and a lack of the necessary skills required to implement change. In this paper, we report from a qualitative study of two planned organizational change initiatives in the public sector. The changes involved new work tasks and managerial roles for a group of middle managers. Although the skill requirements appeared to be clear and formal training was initiated, a number of uncertain and ambiguous issues emerged among the change recipients. We examine the types of uncertainty and ambiguity that emerged and how change recipients attempted to handle these challenges.
