INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Russell Carl Thrailkill being a danger to himself. I transported Thrailkill to the Huntington Memorial Emergency Room where he was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
INVESTIGATION:

On 07-21-17 at approximately 1254 hours, Officer Armendariz #0211 and I were dispatched to 303 N. Hill Avenue #1 for a male, later identified as Russell Carl Thrailkill, reportedly threatening to kill himself.

Upon our arrival, I met with Witness Amber Thrailkill who told me the following information: Amber’s husband, Russell has been an alcoholic for the past twenty five years.
