Dear appeal panel,

I am writing to support Leung Yuk Hang, Venice (507B UID: 3035111779), who is going to appeal against the readmission result just released. Although she was rejected in the application, I sincerely believe that Venice is a suitable person to stay in Suen Chi Sun Hall.

Venice participated actively in hall activities in the past academic year. She is a very responsible Organizing Committee for Information Day as a Financial Secretary and in Booth Team. She worked so hard and devoted much of her time in preparing many stuff for Booth Team. She is the one who sacrifice her time for resting to keep on searching for the cheapest yet good quality of the backdrop; She is the one who motivate and help other team members to catch up with the progress of making the booth. She also suggests the shops to other teams such as Hall Decoration team. She is not only working for Boot Team, but for the ALL TEAMS of IDAY. I cannot imagine without her help in IDAY, what could be the outcome. Also, she is an Information Day Helper on IDAY. She is very cheerful and outgoing that she could make the participants to feel the harmony and warmness of our hall.

Furthermore, she is an image team member for Inter-hall Drama Competition, which won the champion in this year. She has a great time with image team members as she knows how to moderate in the intense moment. She is very generous that she is ONE of the three image helpers in Inter-hall MASSDANCE. There is no obligation for her to do so but she do it as she thinks it is a responsibility to contribute to the hall and it does not a matter for her to help dance team without any grade for return as it is informal.

In the coming summer function, Venice will be an Organizing Committee of Registration Day and Hall Orientation. Even though she will be a group parent in her Faculty Orientation Camp, which may have time clash with SUM CAMP, she still try her best to join SUN CAMP as a helper.

As far as I know, she has a very close relationship with her floor-mates as well. And I believe with her sincere and out-going character could add a lot of laughter and joy on the floor. She has tried to devote as much as she could in the last year and I believe that she enjoys her hall life a lot and it would be a pity for her to leave.
