Club IT, Part 2
There are many ideas that club IT and its customers can make the most of all of the technological areas of this club. Since most of the customers have and use the internet regularly and have some of the most common mobile devices the club can incorporate this into their business as well as be able to make more money from this idea. One of the ways that the club can make this easier and more techno friendly is to give the club an upgrade on its slow dial up when someone is using the internet in the small cramped office. I suggest that they go and talk to a company like AT&T because they can set up the business as a mobile hotspot and by doing this will make it easier for the techno business and social customers to use. A wireless connection is a good idea as well for the club because it can sell tickets and take reservations for group events over the internet as well as making sure that the customers get what they want by having management make sure that the dates for these functions are correct and that they have the option to pay online as well. I think that I would make sure that I add a customer comment and complaints section available to the online customers as well because these are the customers that are going to be returning and telling, almost instantly, how their experiences were at the club.
The way that I suggest to make sure that the dealing with the suppliers and the guests is easier and faster if to make sure that you are dealing with a supplier that also has an e-commerce because this will make some of the ordering faster and make sure that before you get offline with the suppliers that a receipt is printed and make sure that the one that is in charge of the ordering follows up with a call to the supplier to make sure that the orders was placed
