2. Why did you build this business? (Hmm “Why did you choose this business over other businesses?”)

- Building a business is not easy. You need to have a background regarding the kind of business you want to establish. So, in our case, we chose this business originally because of my mother’s cooking and we decided to have a study about this business to build it.

3. Do ever think to create other business except on this business?

3.1 If Yes what kind of business?

[I don’t know how to answer the numbers 3 and 3.1 bc this restaurant is not our only business.]

4. How does the restaurant operated? (What do you mean operated? In what way?)

5. What are the problems that the restaurant encounters when it comes in recording in income and other transaction?

-When it comes to income, there are days that the restaurant wasn’t able to meet its “kota”. And with transactions, if this is about the BIR, there are no problems about that.

6. What is the cause of this problem?

-I can say that people want seasonal food or sometimes they want food that is based on their mood.

7. How did you manage the problem?

- Giving our customers a high quality food and good service are enough for them to stay.

8. Do you have any plan/plans to improve to your business? (Are you sure you wanna include this question? Bc all business have plans to improve their business.[just a suggestion, you may not consider this :)])

- Absolutely

9. What kind of plan/plans?

- We’ll (my parents and I) still talk about it, but for now we decided that we still have to water the roots of the restaurant.

10. What is the main objective of this business?

-To establish a strong name in the food industry.
