The FBI is now investigating the death of Samantha Broberg after she fell off of a Carnival cruise ship this past weekend. This 33-year-old mother fell off of the Carnival cruise ship on Friday around 2 a.m. People shared that the FBI has now started an investigation into her death to make sure that no foul play occurred. The rumors are flying that there is more to this story than Carnival is telling.
Samantha Broberg was on the 10th deck of the Carnival ship, and she was sitting on a deck railing on the Carnival Liberty ship. She ended up falling backward off the railing and into the water. Until we have a chance to complete a thorough investigation, we wouldn't be able to comment at this time."
Carnival also spoke out about the knife and blood rumors.
"That is not a picture of blood. There was no blood found. There was no knife found. There is no suspicion of foul play. They are just rumors. We are getting a lot of inquiries about it and there is just nothing to it."
CNN shared that the search for Samatha Broberg, who fell off the Carnival ship, has been suspended now. Planes spent 20 hours and looked over 4,300 square miles for her before suspending the search. Last year 27 people fell off of cruise ship and so far this year this has happened four times. Sometimes these people jump off the cruise ship instead of just falling.
