Statement of Purpose for Student Exchange Program

I firmly believe that our circumstances drive our thought process and our thought process becomes our identity. To further the development of my thoughts, my perspective and to add meaning to it I find Student Exchange program a perfect fit and my calling. I would certainly like to capitalise on it by learning and understanding how things function differently in International environment. FH Kufstein Tirol University of Applied Sciences ranks in the finest Universities in Europe and since marketing is my field of interest I believe it will be an excellent opportunity for me to work under the finest faculty in the world. I find marketing to be a kind of field that one cannot master by studying through books and classes alone. I believe overall exposure would certainly help in grooming and making of any manager and more so if he is interested in marketing. I am a very curious person by nature and would never want to miss out on gaining new experiences. I feel it would make my Dubai experience more wholesome and complete. Austria is a wonderful country to explore and dwell on my curiosity to learn about how business works in that part of the world, more importantly how people there look at different customer setting to add one important perspective to my global arsenal. SEP would give me the chance to work with multi-nationalities and with this develop a better understanding of myself by understanding different cultures. My academic knowledge and my practical experience is what I have to offer to FH Kufstein Tirol University of Applied Sciences as well as to the students I will meet there.
Thank you.

Criselda D. BSHM 2nd Semester March 2014 CHAPTER 1 THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND The Department of Health’s (DOH) Food Hygiene Inspection Program is risk-based. This means that those facilities that pose a greater risk to the public becoming sick from consuming their product are inspected more often than those that pose a lesser risk. The amount of risk is determined by risk factors. These risk factors include the type of food served, amount of population that is required, the population that is served, and the quantity of food that is prepared. Cafeteria workers have made many students sick by not wearing proper gloves or reporting to work when having infectious disease. Food borne illness are especially concerning for children because they do not have the immune system needed to handle virus unlike adults. School ask for help for the checklist to know what sanitation standards are needed. International School for Food Protection (ISFP) was developed to provide an environment different from traditional professional adults learning experience. Statement of Purpose

...Sample Statement of Purpose: MBA The term “globalism” has become overused, and often misused. In fact, we might say that it has actually been devalued to the level of the everyday language of buzzword-brandishing marketing pundits. Such freewheeling usage has perhaps prompted many a CEO (or future CEO) to launch into a global plan or strategy without proper consideration of the demands and dynamics of the international marketplace. Many would-be globetrotters neglect the acquisition of language skills, knowledge of foreign trade and tax laws, accounting standards, etc., all of which are necessary to effectively “go global.” Superficial knowledge only leads to failure. This has, indeed, happened, and while there is no doubt that neglecting to capture the gains achievable in overseas markets is equally suicidal, misguided attempts at competing globally (along with rapidly developing opportunities in the global marketplace) have placed a dramatic premium on individuals who take the time to properly train themselves in international business. For me, the Columbia MBA is a significant component of this training. I foresee my own career moving in the direction of European/American business, initially from an advisory perspective (i.e. investment banking or consulting) and ultimately from a leadership role within a manufacturing entity, preferably a start-up venture. This prophecy, in part, has evolved from my past experiences in western and eastern Europe which, in turn, have formed...

...Chapter – 01: Introduction 1.1 Origin of the Report – Any academic course of study has a great value when it has practical application in real life. Only a lot of theoretical knowledge will be of little importance until & unless it is applicable in practical life. A small investor is unsophisticated as far as corporate investment is concerned, with the limited resources he/she cannot buy share of blue chip companies. He may not in most cases get allotment of the shares applied for in the primary market, on the other hand he will get full allotment of some dud shares. His investment would therefore not be balanced and diversified. He is not thereby able to minimize his risk by spreading his limited funds over different industries. He has limited access to price sensitive information on the stock exchange. He may not know the developments taking place that take place in the equity market and corporate bodies. History of the Indian Mutual Fund Industry The mutual fund industry in India started in 1963 with the formation of Unit Trust of India, at the initiative of the Government of India and Reserve Bank the.
