This email is being confirmed that we have decided to take our business to beyond the next level of success. Over the past ninety consecutive days, we have been doing a lot of testing and trying to get the mini bugs out of the Employee Customer Ordering System. Which brought to realizing by using the new system we will be able to increase the efficiency with our customers by forty-six percentile with a ninety-nine point nine accuracy level of getting our customer orders correct.
We also have realized the problems you all been having due to the influx of new customers that have been visiting to all of your locations. So we decided to help remedy the situations with the new system. We will be installing the Employee Customer Ordering System in every one of your locations within the next two to three weeks in order to help all of the employees on site in completing their job functions without feeling upset.
Over the next two to three weeks we will have representatives from the company to come in to each location and meet with each one of you to show you all the products that we will be offering to our customers in each of our locations. As a team each one of you have a responsibility to be fully trained on the products at a later date, so please schedule accordingly.
Reason we are doing this is because we see a strong flaw. We see an increase in a lot of errors with the increase in customers.
