...does not have time to find other means of transportation other than my car because I can not be late to school and I most definitely can not be late to work. Having a vehicle for transportation is becoming more expensive as the days go by. No one can ever expect to know what the gas prices will be like tomorrow. One day they go way up high to about $2.64 per gallon and the next day they are back down to about $2.41, of course that's just an estimation of what I have seen. It is very frustrating since the price is always changing managing money becomes a little more complicated because you never know what to expect. Everyone thinks that because gas is about $0.03 cents less at the gas station down the street that they are going to save a lot more money. For example, I live in the northeast side of town, and sometimes I drive to the east side to do run errands, gas always seems to be lower on the east side of town. It is not too much lower approximately $0.06 cents my argument though is that of course it is not worth trying to find the gas station with the lowest price because it wastes time, along the way after pumping gas there will be a gas station with a lower price, and it also wastes gas driving to the gas station out of the way and a little further down the street. Finding the gas station with the lower price per gallon wastes time looking for it, driving there, and waiting in the line of cars that think a lot of money is being saved. In the time it took to look...

...ourselves at that checkout line as if we are playing a game of..., I am going to save more moo-la, also know as money, than I thought this week and I will have more funds in my pocket for this weekends fun! However, what if we looked at kindness as a coupon? I believe that we look at our lives day-to-day, more and more as if we are expecting someone to be nice to us. Not giving it a second clipping about what change we are saving by being kind to one another. Saving $1.00 in our bank of kindness, for that rainy day of, "I hate my life"....; also known as kindness, should be something we all think about . I mean, would it even take as long as scanning our eyes over the Sunday paper, looking online for coupon codes, or looking for those red clearance stickers? I believe we should take our kindness and think of it more as a savings in our coupon bank for a remarkable hoping for a $1.00 saved in the Universe of life. If I would consider it a savings of money, could I not think of it as a deposit on my own debts of unkindness? Does life and kindness not go hand in hand? Should I not recall the old saying "being kindness is goodness"..., if my parents didn't teach me after all someone had to teach me how to save a buck myself. I believe that looking into the eyes of a stranger. Being kind and pushing for nice, or making kind with an old foe isn't that bad. I mean, after all their goes another coupon you can save on Tracey. Keep my friends close and my enemies closure. Sadly, that is the...

...very useful for a teacher when it comes to neatly organising a spreadsheet with many tables of class’s results. By defining a range means that tables are easy to input into formulae, and will help reduce errors. AutoSum is very beneficial to a teacher because it simply adds up an entire column without having to add each cell individually. This saves a lot of time, and helps reduce errors, especially if there is lots of students’ data. Weaknesses: Macros are not included in the spreadsheet, which would’ve been very useful for a teacher. Macros stop repetitive tasks being completed over and over again. This is useful as it saves a lot of time to the teacher, e.g. if they click a customised button which filters data or changes sheets. This will also improve the usability of the spreadsheet and make the data input easier. Goal seek, which also isn’t included in the spreadsheet, would also be very beneficial for a teacher. Goal seek is where a cell total changes in order to reach a possible result, and this would be vital if a teacher needs to see how many more points a student would need to reach their target grade. This will help save time as it helps draw faster conclusions, it’ll reduce errors as there is lots of students’ data, and helps get the best solution....

...three bullets left and Bill, one of the men, uses them to try to save one of their dogs; he misses and is eaten with the dog. Only Henry and two dogs are left; he makes a fire, trying to drive away the wolves. They draw in close, and he is almost eaten, saved only by a company of men who were traveling nearby. The wolves are in the midst of a famine. They continue on, lead by several wolves alongside the she-wolf, and when they finally find food the pack starts to split up. The she-wolf mates with one of the wolves and has a litter of pups. Only one survives after several more famines, and he grows strong and is a feisty pup. They come to an Indian village where the she-wolf's (who is actually half-wolf, half-dog) master is. He catches her again and White Fang, her pup, stays nearby. Soon, she is sold to another Indian, while White Fang stays with Gray Beaver, her master. The other dogs of the village terrorize White Fang, especially one named Lip-lip. White Fang becomes more and more vicious, encouraged by his master. He kills other dogs. Gray Beaver goes to Fort Yukon to trade and discovers whiskey. White Fang is passed into the hands of Beauty Smith, a monster of a man. He fights other dogs until he meets his match in a bulldog and is saved only by a man named Scott. Scott tames White Fang and takes him back to California with him. There White Fang learns to love his master and his master's family and even saves Scott's father from a criminal that escaped from the nearby prison...

TRUTH#3 * God’s glory is always the goal. * In the “fiery furnaces” of our lives need to (1) always respond in a way that shows God is more important than anything else, (2) and respond in a way that if someone is watching , they could see God’s goodness in you . Therefore- we are glorifying God, because we are esteeming Him of highest value. Example—(Daniel 3:24-25) : These men risk there lives for God despite the consequences of being through into fire, which in the end God saves them. * “ If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it (Luke 9 :23-24). * Our goal must be to use every circumstance to show in some way that God is first. The result will be lasting joy and peace no matter how difficult the...

...intelligent shopper. The intelligent shopper is the best type of shopper. The Intelligent shopper usually used to make a plan or a list of things needs before they decided to go for shopping. The reason why the intelligent shopper is the best is my mom is the intelligent shopper and when she decide to go shopping she can go directly to buy what she needs and come back directly; she do not lose too much time in shopping. In fact, she saves her money and her time because she do not buy something that she do not needs. She also do not spend most of her time in the shop. Another type of shopper that saves money is the window shopper. The window shopper usually don’t buy anything. They just go out to the malls during the weekend and walk from store to store looking at items. They may even try an item out to see how it fit or to see if it works but not necessarily buying anything. The window shopper just like to see what the stores have or enjoy themselves in the shop. ...realized that before that night Braxa had shown no interest in him nor did she show any afterwards. No proclamations of eternal love had been made by either party, and Gallinger could have easily moved on from Braxa, reevaluating the circumstances to be just a casual fling. This then would have had a large impact on the Martian future. With no emotional attachment to Braxa, Gallinger would’ve finished his work and headed back to Earth, never knowing about his unborn half-human half-Martian child. He wouldn’t have preached his words to the elders, in order to save them from extinction. In fact, he might have been wholly unconcerned with their existence overall. However, Gallinger could have tried to convince the Martians to let them be examined by human doctors to see if it was possible to save the Martian’s existence, but perhaps he might not have done it with the same determination and vigor as had he had when he was trying to save Braxa and his child. Gallinger’s assumption that Braxa was in love with him, and he was in love with Braxa had one of the biggest impacts on the story. M’Cwyie asks Gallinger if he wants to see the “explicitness of the doctrine of Locar in its fullness” and when M’Cwyie simplifies this to...

...appliances. This is because there are several regions and countries of the world that allow this. They have plants in Poland, Hungary, Mexico, China and Thailand. This has opened up a global market and to save money, those plants deliver to their neighboring countries. 2. How can AB Electrolux compete with local Chinese consumer manufacturers? This becomes a difficult task to accomplish because AB Electrolux has a hard time selling their products in China. This is due to the low priced competition that AB has to deal with in China. What AB should do is accommodate to China’s needs. Perhaps build another manufacturing plant in China that makes products with lesser quality perhaps but with low prices. Like that they can sell both low price and high price products. This might get results even though it might be pricey at first. 3. How can they maintain their premium brand with premium prices? This can conflict with my previous solution. But it is key that this technique stays unique to China because you don’t want people in other countries thinking AB sells a cheap product. In order to fully maintain this premium image they must continue to do what they are doing. Manufacture in these countries that reduce prices of manufacturing appliances. Like this, the money they save in manufacturing can go towards the making and materials of the products themselves. Innovation and quality are also key...

...Reasons why it would be good is because it creates jobs and attracts business. Where people can go to do all their shopping conveniently. Because all the stores are right next to each other. Instead of having to drive across town to find what they are looking for. So it boosts econmy and saves people time and money. Because people don't have to get in and out of their cars and drive 10 to 25 minutes across town to find what they are needing. Plus they save gas so there for they are saving money.\ Reasons why It would not be a good idea. It will also put people out of business. Which is not good for the town. It will cause the population of the town to go down. Because the people who owned the small little stores will be forced to close and move to a new town to re open. plus with the traffic situation we will also lose money because we will have to expand the width of the highways. Just so people can make it out there. So here is my conclusion I say that the building of the stores is a great risk and a great longterm benefit for the town because It will allow the continuing of the town to grow. but in a short-term we will lose a lot with this project. but in a few years we will get it all back if not more. because it will start to drawl attention to the town wich will increase houses being built and a major population increase and allow more business to move in and the town will become a city and benefit even...

On the way there they find the family of a friend of theirs murdered by Indians. When they get to the fort Hawkeye tells others settlers about it and they want to leave the battle to protect their families.
