How to Select a Business Opportunity and Pay for the Corresponding Client Course Guide
Steps for Selecting a Business Opportunity through the Arise Portal

1. Access the Arise Portal and review the Available Opportunities in the center of the Arise Portal page.

2. Click the i icon to review a PDF version of the Opportunity Announcement. Or click the audio icon to review an audio version of the Opportunity Announcement.

3. Click the Select button to review additional details about the selected Business Opportunity.

After you click the select button on the Business Opportunity the Opportunity Details Overview page will display. This page contains: o Service options and associated class times. o Overall course cost o Required self-paced learning for the class 4. Click the View Class Times button.

After you click the view class times button the Class Details screen will appear. 5. Click Enroll Now to select this Business Opportunity and associated Client course.

You will be taken to the Partner Enrollment Dashboard Home page. Note: From this point onward if you exit the Program Enrollment Dashboard and wish to return, you will need to login to the Arise Portal and select the Resume button associated with the Business Opportunity you have selected Upon logging into the Portal, the selection button on the Business Opportunity will display Resume.

6. Once you have selected a Business Opportunity and related Client course, you will be asked to complete the remainder of the Enrollment Process. This could include: o An additional computer systems check required by the Client program o Assessments (voice, chat skills, selfassessment)  Once completed this step may require you to wait up to 24 hours to continue with the enrollment process o Signing Client required documents o Paying for the course

Once you have completed all of the requested steps in the enrollment process, except for the payment process, the Business Opportunity will update to indicate if you are approved to proceed and pay for the Business Opportunity or not qualified for the Business Opportunity. Qualified The Your status field on the Business Opportunity will display Pay, if you are qualified by Arise to pay for the Business Opportunity and begin the Client course. Not Qualified The Your status field on the Business Opportunity will display Canceled, if you are not qualified to proceed. Remember, review your credentials before you go back and select another Business Opportunity.

7. Once you have completed all of the steps in the enrollment process you will be taken to the Enrollment: Payment screen to pay for the Client course. Fill in the appropriate information and click the submit button to complete the payment process. Note: Once you reach the payment step in the Program Enrollment Dashboard you will have 24 hours to complete the payment step or be canceled from the selected Client course and have to re-select again. After you submit your payment the Enrollment – Confirmation screen will display confirmation of your payment.

Note: Please print this screen for your records. 8. Click the Next button to proceed to the Opportunity Details screen and begin your self-paced course work (if applicable). After you click the Next button on the Enrollment – Confirmation screen, the selection button on the Opportunity Details screen will display Class Starts in X days or Class Starts Now depending on when the Client course will begin.

9. Click the Class Starts Now button to enter class or click the access link to begin the self-paced work immediately.

The next time you login to the Arise Portal you will be able to access the self-paced materials immediately and the instructor led session as soon as class begins through the Begin Pre-Work button on the Business Opportunity
