My Milk Intake was at 5.6 cups, with recommendation being 3 cups. My Meat and Beans intake was 0 oz with the recommendation being 7 oz. Vegetables were at a 2.3 cup intake with a recommendation of 3.5. Fruits was also at 0 cups with a 2.5 cup equipvalent, and my Grains intake was at 32.3 oz with a recommendation of 10 oz.

I have never been the healthiest eater. In order to get my recommended servings, I may replace a few meals a week for something healthier, and maybe start to eat at least one piece of fruit per day. I’ve never eaten much as far as Meats and Beans go, so I’m not sure what I may add to my diet to change that around.

For lunch, if I am at work, I will usually order something from the cafeteria which almost always includes French fries. Sometimes I will order chicken strips, other times a French dip. For dinner, a lot of the time I eat out, which I know the portions are always huge at restaurants, but I still eat it all anyways. I have tried cooking at home more often, which also (hopefully) saves some on calories. With dinner I usually have a couple cans of Pepsi. I have noticed lately that I am gaining weight also, which is very frustrating. I had been at a point that I was losing weight, and I think it is because I was not eating breakfast, and now I make sure that I do. Based...
