This report reviews the rights of the undocumented aliens to healthcare and hoe this can be improved. This research discovered that the undocumented aliens have limited access to health care due to lack of identity papers. This is due to the fact that they earn very low income and medical insurance coverage is lower for the undocumented aliens. As a result, they rely on the safety-net medical care providers such as social health centers as this centers continue to provide care for the undocumented aliens. This research also reviews the limitations and problems faced by the undocumented aliens in accessing health care and as a result the ploys they use to access medical care. The findings of this research show that they mostly rely on treating themselves with over counter drugs or in the cases of extremes they use unofficial networks to seek treatment. Also, it is evident that they would do anything to safeguard their cover from being discovered and these results in stress and psychological disorders. Although I infrequently come in contact with individuals of this belief, I have had some exposure to them in my work history and have done some reading about their beliefs. In less than 70 years, the number of Mormons has grown from less than a million to more than 6 million in the United States and 14 million worldwide. Their visibility and influence at all levels and walks of life have increased accordingly (Bohlen et al., 2010). The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), reflects the cultural impact of basic beliefs and traditions of church members practices and activities. The culture is geographically concentrated in the Western North American area, but is present to a lesser extent in many areas of the world where LDS live. Church members are encouraged to marry and have children, and as a result, LDS families tend to be larger than average. All sexual activity, both heterosexual and homosexual, outside of marriage is considered a serious sin. Same-sex marriages are not performed or supported by the LDS Church. When youth are in their late teens to early twenties they must put everything in their life on pause and go out for 18 to 24 months to spread the gospel. However, so far there is no study in Turkey on the extent of problems from the perspective of nursing students, as well as how nurses are involved in ethical decision making process. This study is conducted at Hacettepe University Health Science Faculty Nursing Department with the aim of identifying the ethical problems confronted by nursing students. Eighty-four third class and 69 senior nursing students were volunteers to participate in this study. Their age ranged from 19 to 23 years. All participants have taken the course entitled ‘Nursing History and Deontology’ which include 14 hours ethical content. Students were asked to describe moral problems that they observed or encountered during their clinical practice. Ethical problems at clinical practice were reported as physical maltreatment of patients (28%), inappropriate approaches toward patients which cause psychological distress (24%), violation of privacy (21%), providing inadequate information (16%) and discrimination based on the social and economical status (16%). The reasons of these ethical problems were stated by students as the unprofessional conduct of physicians (34%) and nurses (44%), and ineffective hospital management (9%). A PPO is a health care organization of providers, hospitals, and diagnostic and lab facilities that are contracted together and provide health care services at a reduced cost. PPOs provide significant benefits to the providers who join them. PPOs provide more freedom for the insured to see whom they want to see and not be tied down to a specific group. In most instances, the insured has to pick from the providers that are in that PPO organization. But, there are times there is an out-of-network benefit that allows the insured to see a particular provider who is not within that PPO. The insured does need to select a primary care provider (PCP), so as a result the PCPs are not needed as gatekeepers for patients to see specific specialty providers. No referrals are needed.
