Scottie Hayes is a man who saw his prime some ten years ago, hailing from a rough upbringing in the countrysides of northern Los Santos. With his mother dead from an overdose, it was his father whom brought him into the The Hell Riders to begin with.

As a high school dropout, he could see himself as doing no other trade than whatever the Club needed of him. With talent he stepped through the muck and grime of being a prospect, and emerged as the youngest full member in the club's history.

That was twenty years ago. Today he's released from the grasp of Los Santos Prison, thrust back into a world he's only been able to see through iron bars for fifteen years.
