I am pleased that this project was very successful. All project procedure was running smooth. Our team learning goals achieved, even was my individual learning goals achieved through the project. We can efficient to start from the very beginning until finish the whole project. I think the main reason is teamwork and communication between group members. We all were demonstrate commitment and work well with ourselves. For example, initially we all had the same idea to the project, so that we were easy to reach an agreement. Then, we were going to the next step which were assign the work. We had different work position. My work duty was finding and providing some unique and nostalgic snacks because I am expert of eat.

Competent crew so that we completed quickly than others in all aspects of work such as set the venue, date and submit a schedule, etc. Careful not to be careless attitude for every single step, complete the tasks on time and the major strength of our team is never argue with each other. However, we still have some weakness of our team is lack of communication, we have not share and support with group members, we just had doing our own work position only, we never take care with other member, we have no idea that are they working difficult or not. Regarding the weakness, we were designed to one action to improve our team. We were held a gathering at school which can increase communication with each other. We brought a lot of snacks and we sat together after school. We were talking something about the project, they both have the problem to overcome during the gathering. Through this gathering, we had noted that everyone have their own problem and they need someone to care and support them. This gathering helped us to push the group member working well together and increase our team operation in the project.
