INTRODUCTION:
This case involved Sean Sanford being a danger to others. Sanford was transported to Exodus Urgent Care, where he was placed on a WIC 5150 hold.
INVESTIGATION:

On 09-01-17 at approximately 1010 hours, I was dispathed to 275 S. Raymond Avenue, regarding a psychological evaluation. A male Black (later identified as Sean Sanford) reportedly stated he wanted to start fires and kill someone. Corporal Carey #1276 and Officer Park #6800 responded to assist.

Upon our arrival, we contacted Sanford, who was walking through Central Park. I asked Sanford about his mental state of mind and if in fact he wanted to start fires and kill someone. Sanford denied making the above comments. Sanford stated he has not been diagnosed with any
