Self-Reflection

Inner critic is that destructive voice in your head that tell you you’re not smart enough. This is a mine inner critic; sometime I blame everything to myself as the cause of something or the voice in my head tell me that I’m not good enough to do something. Maybe other can do it but I cant because I don’t have the skill or knowledge to do it. A lot of time when I was measures myself against other, such as their accomplishment, attributes or their appearances and I feel that I don’t have any those, so my inner critic tell me that I’m not good enough. There one time I want to go for an audition and I saw a lot people who can make it and very talent but my inner tell me that I don’t have what it take to go for an audition so I decide not to go, sometime I think my inner critic is my obstacle that in front of me that stop me from reach my goal. When I look at myself in the mirror and the voice in my head tell me that I don’t look pretty enough that when I lost my confident and don’t believe in my self that must, and also when I fail a test I end up blaming myself that I’m not smart that why I fail. And I know a lot of my life I’ve been called shy and quite so many times I found myself using this as an excuse to not perform my best or at least speak up when I should have.
The inner defender is the voice inside that that tries to protect us by deflecting criticism outward. Over all, inner defender is not relate to me that much because I don’t blame other for everything to protecting myself from disappointment or failure by making other responsible for my problem but I’m not denial that I don’t blame other, I do sometime think that I blame other for some little thing and also will get over the situation really faster. It blaming but at the same time it more like complain, inner defender is not my biggest problem. I blame other because they walk slowly that I missed the train and the bus but I take it seriously. In grade 10 I blame my teacher a hard maker that why I get low mark in every assignment. My biggest inner defender until now I still blame my parents why did they give birth to me with illness, why other live healthy but accept me.
The inner guide often finds the middle ground between the inner critic and inner defender and usually asks how you can find a same solution to your problem. Instead of spending a lot of time blaming others or criticizing themselves, the inner guides almost takes a step back and analyzes the situation to find a solution. One thing I have come to realize is that the first message you receive is unusually the right message to heed. If the first message you receive is positive, follow it. But, trust also if that first message you receive is negative, that you need to back off, and stay away. To improve how I talk to myself is remember every time I have a negative thought I pushed it out of my head and believe in myself more. And learn to recognize the right message. They usually come to us in the form of positive thoughts. I believe if I were true to myself this can leading to happier, healthier, and more fulfilled live. And remind myself to follow through on the good ideas that I’ve developed as soon as possible so that I will strengthen my inner guide and develop confidence in your ability to find my own way. I also learn that I must trust my own judgments and opinions to able to keep my life focused on believe in myself. Last but not least it is important to first start believing in you completely, before having trust on anybody else.
