Senior Analyst, Health Care Compliance Technology Support is accountable for support and project execution efforts related to Pharmaceutical Sector technology needs to fulfill the requirements of the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA). This will primarily include support of learning management system to support the requirements of the CIA. Will require advanced usage of SharePoint, Microsoft Office (Access), and Learning Management Systems to maintain validation rules and monitor adherence to CIA requirements. Position will also support other HCC Technology tools and create technology training as required.

Day to Day administration & support of the Learning Management System application (Compliance Wire or other) to ensure CIA requirements are met on an ongoing basis. Activities include: Day to Day system administration & maintenance; Systematic validation of business rules; Troubleshoot end user issues and e-learning/environment issues; Report generation; Training Assignments & user group maintenance; Management of overdue assignment process; Ensure new hire training is adequately captured within the system; Monitoring and maintenance of support mailbox & voicemail Partner with PGHCC Training to support supplier training processes; Track adherence to training requirements; Liaison to ensure CIA questions are addressed in timely manner Creation of training materials (documentation & screencasts) for various Health Care Compliance systems; Manage HCC communication tools As required, assist in support of PGHCC Technology projects.

The Health Care Compliance Sr. Analyst is the primary point of contact for process issues related to the Contract Pricing Committee (CPC). They will provide support to the CNS/Internal Medicine (IM) pharmaceutical strategy teams in coordinating compliance review of all pricing and contracting strategies as well as facilitate all CPC meetings. The position also maintains all records associated with the CPC.

Essential responsibilities include:

*Perform a gatekeeper role, whereby determining the necessity and appropriateness for placement of product offerings on the CPC agenda: coordinate CPC materials prior to the meeting, facilitate all CPC meetings, coordinate post-meeting follow-ups, including writing and dissemination of meeting minutes, customer follow-ups and overall eminence of records retention in accordance to the policy.

*Review and ensure CPC application packets and all meeting materials are completed appropriately, they are reviewed for accuracy and meet all compliance requirements and any compliance issues are discussed with applicant for resolution

*Actively engage in discussions to ensure any outstanding items are completed prior to being placed on the CPC agenda, ensure business partners are CPC compliant with execution and communication of follow-ups, partnering with business customers, and ensuring a thorough understanding of business customers needs

*Annually assess process and suggest/implement improvements or management action plans as appropriate

*Build training content and provide CPC stakeholder training as needed

*Varied responsibilities with ad hoc projects in support of CPC or HCC
