Model of Organizational behavior used: Autocratic model

Autocratic model of organizational behavior is depends on power, the managerial orientation is formal, the employee’s obligation is to follow orders only. Management does the thinking; the employees simply obey the orders instructed by the leader. Base on the definition of autocratic model, leaders that are using this kind of model must have the knowledge, the skill and the charisma for them to easily to have the power to rule and to make his all fellow people under him because it can help the leader to look more superior than the other. For this model, my best example is our former Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos because Marcos was considered as the most powerful, intelligent, achiever and has the charisma on his time.
Marcos studied law at the University of the Philippines, attending the prestigious College of Law. He sat for the 1939 Bar Examinations, receiving a near-perfect score and graduating cum laude despite the fact that he was incarcerated while reviewing. When the Philippines was granted independence on July 4, 1946 by the American government, the Philippine Congress was established. Marcos ran and was twice elected as representative of the 2nd district of Ilocos Norte, 1949–1959. He was named chairman of the House Committee on Commerce and Industry and member of the Defense Committee headed by Ramon Magsaysay. He was the topnotcher in the senatorial elections in 1959. He was Senate minority floor leader, 1960; executive vice president, LP 1954–1961; president, Liberal Party, 1961–1964; Senate President, 1959–1965.
