Sexual harassment is a form of Sex Discrimination that occurs in the workplace. Sexual Harassment is the action of making offensive and unwelcome sexual comments and advances towards another person. Unwanted physical contact of a sexual nature with the intent of creating a submissive environment falls under sexual harassment. Also threatening to fire/demote someone for not engaging in the sexual environment. The suggestion of performing sexual favors for a superior for career progression is sexual harassment as well.
