1)Youth in Football: Youth Player and Team Rights in European Club Football

FC SHALKE 04 is an ordinary member of the 103 members of this 207 clubs assosiation ( European Club Association ECA) in this postion paper will express the prespecives , thoughts , information and commentaries about the postion of FC SHALKE 04 regardless the two topics that will be debated on the model of the European Club Association. In a first instance it is accurate to mention the backgrowd of FC Shalke 04 , it is a team one haundred years old it is orgiinated from the Shalke district of Gelsenkircher in Alemania. This team has been recognized since its starting years of existance as a team that applays the youth system development as one of its main focus aspects on the administation and development of the team. Our famous academy ¨Shalker Knappenschmiede¨ as its now now a days is the academy that implement all the objectives of the team directly towards an integrated young player training , as well as a well sport education , not only focus on the skills of the players at the field but on the personal development as humans and the accurate education they need to fullfield the objective of our youth academy program. As an example of the same prespective undergone on our academy is de A' levels or GCSE´s , wich give the opportunity to pursue the youths education while they are towrning into being porfessional players in a future, but the problem is that many players at the youth academies as a genral do not focus on their education due to the high cometiton of the academies to achieve a postion in this places , but for SHALKE 04 the consant compromise with education is an esential aspect of the development of the future players of football. The basic visón and philosphy of our team is to provide the best sport training there is , with a special training plan due by prepared trainers , and the complment as i mentioned before of an accurate education of the person , the individual development of each player is the top aim of the Knappenschmiede , The main postive aspect of our youth academy is the code implemnation of fair play , modesty, team spirit,pasión and respect. The objective of our team is to introduce new talnet players and motivate youngstars two play football fullfiling the team youth player propuse of the ECA , to promote players to reach the professional teams , get accurate and fair contracts , such as the Financial Fair trade rules promote , and to imporve the cooperation between schools and youth academies wich is a big concern due to the lack of importance teams like Ajax give to this relationship , that for us is crusial for the development of the player. The club has 190 total number of players , with a 3 million Euros investment on the youth academy . Also we are concern due to the increasing globalization wich has lead to transfomration on local scouting of players , due to the increasing forgein reclting of the temas that has leaded to a decrease of local youth talnets to emerge , but for this our club mantain the tradition and has 83% of its youth academy players wich are local. As a solution for some of the youth academies that do nos implment the education on their daily bases of the playrs their should be an intenrational law that make them fullfiel a mínimum requirment were the education of every player at their academy is certified , payed and that the ammount of time needed to the education of the students its accurate. this law can be made be the ECA , to stop teams taht to not care on the human devolpment of players but inlyon the devlopment of their skills. And respect to the hiring of forgein youth players there should be a formal requierment of a minmum porcentage of players of the acdemy of every team participant of the ECA to have local players that have to be locals that live in that place we propose that at an avergae 75 %of the players of every youth acdemy should fullfiled the requierments.
