Shopping list of a bushranger
This is the shopping list of the items that I would use if I was to survive a week of being a bushranger. This list is based purely on items that I would need. Most other people would not need these items but because I need to list all the things that I would possibly use, I came up with these items. Some of the main items I would take are a campervan because it can drive you around in the bush and it also has hygienic and foodful purposes that come with it. I don’t even know if foodful is a word and I am writing an English assignment. I would also take a sniper because it can get you some good meat. I don’t know how to skin animals and cook them but it should have something about all of that in my Bear Grylls handbook that I will also bring with me. Of course, I will bring my teacher because she is a great person and will be a great addition to my bushranging expedition…if she gives me an A. The whole shopping list includes: 1. Some pre crumbed schnitzel from the butcher. 2. Campervan with beds, toilet, stove, shower etc. 3. Minute Steaks 4. Starburst party mix 5. A few rolls of toilet paper 6. Sniper (just in case I needed a bit of food and would feel like some goat for dinner). 7. Computer (to do my homework like a good boy…and check the English Premier League results) 8. Wi-Fi 9. My family (if they wanted to come) 10. G.P.S 11. 2 minute noodles 12. My English book so I can broaden my knowledge on the English language 13. T.V 14. An antenna 15. My phone 16. A phone charger 17. A $30 prepaid voucher from Vodafone for when I need to recharge 18. Chicken Cordon Bleus 19. A Bear Grylls book on how to survive in the wild 20. Water (of course) 21. Sarsaparilla 22. Some tin spag 23. Soap 24. My boxing mouthguard so I can do some boxing with the local bears and kangaroos 25. Fly spray 26. Aeroguard 27. Bug zapper 28. Food preserver with food locks 29. Rat traps 30. A street directory (not like it will help in the outback) 31. My teacher so she gives me an A 32. A box of chocolates to keep her happy. If I drop her off, I will leave them for her because I am such a nice person. 33. A rope 34. A pickaxe to find some gold! 35. Some pants 36. Some shorts 37. Some speedo’s 38. Some clean shirts 39. Some boxers 40. Some lemons to tenderise the schnitzel 41. Herbs such as basil, parsley, tarragon and some piri-piri which I would use to tenderise the schnitzel. 42. A picture of my family if they don’t come with me. 43. A clock so I can check the time and watch my favourite shows. 44. A book so I can relax and clear my mind 45. A beanbag for me to chill in. 46. A hammock for me to chill in once I’m sick of my beanbag. 47. A shaver 48. A charger for my shaver 49. Some Weet-Bix because without it, my digestive system will be out of order 50. A beanie to wear on those cold nights 51. Some pens and pencils so I can work on my English book because I love English so much. 52. A sharpener just in case one of those pencils snap (I hate when that happens). 53. My bling so if I find any girls out there, I can look at my best. 54. Deodorant 55. Some Red Bull energy drink so just in case I break down, I can drink some of this and the caffeine inside will let me sprint for hours until I get home. 56. Finally, some petrol in a jerry can so if I run out of petrol, I can get my way to the next service station.
Now you know what I would bring on a bushranging expedition. I hope that this shopping list has given you some extra ideas on what YOU would bring on an expedition like this. Remember to always bring a Bear Grylls handbook with you on an adventure. They are only $14.95 at your local bookstore. It could be the difference between getting rescued and not coming back! These objects could definitely keep me alive in the bush for a week. The only thing that would make me not do this task is a meteor shower and what are the chances of that happening!
