Six Dimensions of Health
For each of the following six dimensions of health, list at least one characteristic, activity, belief, or attitude that reflects that dimension in your life. Provide a brief explanation with each example. Refer to Ch. 1 in Health for explanations of these dimensions.
Physical health: Well-being of the body, physically, size
Social health: what kind of relationship I have with my family and friends
Intellectual health: How do I deal with stress related situations and how I think critically about what ever need to be dealt with in that moment
Environmental health: How I deal with the things that surround me and show the love and appreciation to nature
Emotional health: The way I deal with my emotion around others, I withdraw myself when I am angry, having my personal time to think why the others acted or said what they said or did I try to reason and understand and I talk when I think it’s a right time and I always choose the right words not to cause more conflict sometimes by letting things go I like to choose my battle and I don’t sweat on the small things I am a firm believer that sometimes things will sort themselves
Spiritual health: Going to church and praying and meditation on the promises is how I feel I am feeding my spiritual health and it gives me relief that no one can give sometimes when I feel the void

Health and wellness is how things are being handled in life as hole or general, my physical health is how well I carry my life style that include eating habits and exercise regulary and drink panty of water.
