In the workplace setting, many question the idea if a post on social media should reflect aback on your job. The employees say that social media is part of their personal life and it should not have any correlation with their job. Employees say that they can be professional workers but as for their personal life, its personal. The employer's point of view is that social media accounts shows what type of employee you are and as an employee you reflect on the company. Many employers have go to writing up employees for a post and to the extreme of terminating the employee. A fine line about the actions taken about inappropriate post and as employers being in charge they get to decide where that line sets.

The employees would connect their social media accounts to the software and then it would start scanning. It would then flag the employee that the post does not meet the requirements the employer has set.
This program would work in many work styles including teachers, medical professionals, and business representatives. Any business could use it but the program would fit some jobs better than others. However, to make it fair for any company every employee, including managers, CEO, and owners must use the programs. The only exception would be if the employee stopped any social media accounts.
Many employees probably won't like the professional program at first. However employees working in a professional job setting, should be professional. However employee may not see it this way, but by using this program it will build professional employees by letting them know what can be on social media and what can't be. The program is not used by the employer to know what is happening in the employees personal life, but assisting the employee in being more
