We chose to work with Spitfire Bar & Grill because we enjoy eating their food and it is a local restaurant. Being a local restaurant makes it a lot easier for people around the Fargo-Moorhead area to find. Spitfire makes award winning smoked food. Having this award winning food makes it exceptionally great that it is in a classy building. It was first opened in 2007 by Tim Olson which is located at 1660 13th Avenue East, West Fargo, ND. We decided to do an advertising campaign for Spitfire Bar & Grill. This advertising campaign consists of increasing last year’s sales by 5%, keeping tallies of how many people come from bison games, and finally increasing catering venues 5% from last year. In order to do this, we decided to use digital media, print media, and transit media. For our digital media, we chose to put ads on Twitter and Facebook. As for print media we decided to use flyers. Not only those, but we also used billboards for our transit media. Having these three different types of advertising medias allows us to reach all kinds of people. Our ads on Twitter will be announcing certain deals that are happening during the week. For example, some nights during the week Spitfire will be offering 20% your next purchase if you order a barbeque entre. This advertisement will appeal to our primary target market in the sense that we are targeting consumers that enjoy a delicious barbeque. These ads will also be expiring on December 4, 2016, giving them an eight-week trial. The CPM of this advertisement will be $3.63.
