ORGANIZACIÓN PARA EL DESFILE DE LA FUNDACIÓN DE SANTA TERESITA

Nota:

· El plazo para la prueba de vestuario será desde el día de entrega de entradas, hasta el día domingo 13 de julio, si algún participante no se ha inscrito hasta dicha fecha, se considerará que no participará en el evento.
· Los zapatos que deberán llevar serán:
Niñas: plata y dorado
Niños: casual o mocasines, no zapatos deportivos.
· La entrada de los participantes será por la parte posterior del Teatro Sánchez Aguilar. Se solicita a las voluntarias de Santa Teresita que estén en la puerta para recibir a los niños participantes. En el interior del teatro habrá gente de TH indicando a cada niño que entra el grupo al que pertenece.
· El día 15 de julio, día del ensayo, no se esperará para hacer grupos, se hará el ensayo conforme lleguen los participantes.
· Este día también se contará con la presencia de 4 mimos que nos ayudaran el día del evento.

El 22 de julio, día del evento, se culminará con la pasarela del desfile de TH, el cual detallamos a continuación:

· Se recomienda no ingresar con objetos de valor, ya que no nos responsabilizamos de pérdida de dichos objetos.
· Al ingreso de los niños se solicita ser recibidos por voluntarias, las mismas que acompañaran hasta el área donde se encuentran los vestidores, donde el personal de TH o de la fundación guiará a los niños hasta el vestidor que le corresponde.
· Las divisiones de los camerinos corresponderá a la edad, y según eso la segmentación se realizará por colores.
· Dos de los camerinos con los que cuenta el Teatro Sánchez Aguilar serán para las niñas, adicional a eso tendrán dos espacios que serán vestidores para brindar comodidad al momento de cambiarse, donde el personal de TH entregará las prendas, se requiere presencia del voluntariado.
· Los niños contarán con cuatro vestidores, en los cuales el personal de TH entregará las prendas. Serán seleccionados hombres y mujeres para este sector, y se requiere presencia de voluntarias de la fundación.
· Tanto en el sector de niños como en el de niñas, las prendas estarán colgadas en armadores y cubiertas con funda negra. Se colocarán stickers con el nombre de cada niño y el color del grupo al que corresponde, en la funda y en la prenda de ropa.
· La ropa personal de los niños será colocada en la misma funda en la que se le entrega la ropa TH, al final del evento el personal TH recibirá la devolución de la prenda para guardarla y devolverá la ropa del niño.
· El vestuario de los otros niños participantes en el evento (como clap), estará de la misma manera organizada (fundas con sus nombres), las cuales se ubicará físicamente en el vestidor de artistas invitados. Este vestuario será entregado a una Voluntaria de Sta. Teresita asignada, quién será responsable de la entrega y devolución del vestuario a cada participante, la misma que lo hará llegar al personal TH.
· Una vez que los niños ya estén vestidos, saldrán del área de los vestidores y pasarán al lugar destinado para distracción (área central de los vestuarios), donde podrán interactuar con los mimos. Se colocará un televisor donde se pasarán películas para el entretenimiento de los niños. Habrá galletas y agua que será coordinado por las voluntarias de la fundación.
· La salida se organizará por grupos de 50 niños, cada uno de los cuales tendrán asignado un color y una numeración que dará la pauta del orden de salida, y que se realizará desde los más pequeños a los más grandes.
· Al momento de salir del área de camerinos, el personal de TH se encontrarán con pancartas para dicha organización y contarán con un megáfono como punto de apoyo.
· Una vez organizado el 1er grupo, miembros de Tommy Hilfiger conducirán a grupos de 50 niños al escenario donde serán entregados a la Sra. Karina Bonnard de Ramos, durante todo el tramo también se solicita la presencia del voluntariado.
· Se contará con la presencia de la Sra. Carola Manzur quien será apoyo de la Sra. Eugenia Ayala quien se comunicara con los presentadores.
· La Sra. Karina estará a cargo del desarrollo de la organización de la salida de los grupos quien estará comunicada con cabina por medio de intercomunicadores.
· Una vez empezado el desfile los niños pequeños de 4 a 8 años, contarán con el apoyo de 4 mimos lo cuales se encargarán de guiarlos en el recorrido de la pasarela. . En el punto final de la pasarela personal del voluntariado, junto al personal de TH recibirán a los niños y los llevarán nuevamente al punto de salida para agruparlos y que realicen la salida final.

Nota: Los niños pequeños de 4 a 8 años, saldrán en grupo de cuatro niños Los niños grandes de 10 en adelante saldrán en grupos de dos niños.

· De esta forma irán saliendo los siguientes grupos hasta que se culmine el evento con el cierre del desfile.
