I think that the year of 2016 is going to be great for the NBA star, Stephen Curry. He was the 2015 MVP of professional men’s basketball. In 2016, he is going to be known as the best player in the NBA. All Lebron fans might as well say goodbye to their “king” and say hello to new royalty. Steph Curry will be known all around the world if he isn’t already. Wardell Stephen “Steph” Curry was born on March 14, 1988 in Akron, Ohio. Steph was born into a very athletic family. Steph’s mother, Sonya, played college volleyball at Virginia Tech. His father, Dell, played in the NBA and was very successful. But in 2016, Stephen will prove that he is far better than his father was. Stephen Curry is very good right now but as the NBA season …show more content…
He shot 90% from the free throw line and 46% from the 3 point line in 2015. I can almost guarantee that Stephen will shoot 100% from the free throw line and 60% from the arc. Steph Curry will surpass all others and become the best shooter in the history of NBA history. Shooting won’t be the only thing Stephen will improve on. He will also improve on his defense. At the beginning of 2015, Steph had terrible defense. He would basically just let his player drive right around him every time. As the season began to move along, though, Steph began to improve a lot. In 2016, Curry will be one of the best defensive players in the NBA. People would fear that they would be guarded by him. Every time Curry’s man puts the ball on the floor, Steph will just take it right from him. Both you and I could say that Stephen Curry’s ball handling was pretty great in 2015 but you better watch out because Steph’s ball handling in 2016 will be outstanding! No one in the NBA will be able to take the ball away from him. Having this kind of skills will blow the competition away. Teams will have to double team Curry which leaves one man open. Curry can then use his incredible passing abilities to pass the ball to the open …show more content…
If the opposing team was denying Stephen Curry the ball, his teammates will take over. He will lead his team to a NBA Championship. Curry will receive his second consecutive MVP award. He will definitely show Lebron whose boss. Steph Curry has improved constantly throughout the years. In the 2009-2010 season, Curry left his college, Davidson. He was named to the NBA All-Rookie Team. He averaged 17.5 points per game and 5.6 assists per game. In the 2014-2015 season, he averaged 23.8 points per game. In the 2016 season, Curry will average at least 30 points per game. You can’t forget about Steph’s daughter, Riley. Riley is a large part in Steph’s career. In 2015, Riley came to some of Curry’s press conferences and stole the show. In 2016, Riley will become just as big of a star as her dad. She will come to every one of her dad’s games and cheer on the Warriors. Steph’s wife, Ayesha will come to the games with Riley. In 2015, she gained fame too. People realized that she was 43 years old and she looked about 20. Ayesha will also become a star in 2016 because she will become a super
