...Social Responsibility Task #1 Executive Summary Parents who choose to enroll their children in private school do so for a number of reasons. The over crowdedness of the public schools does not appeal to them, maybe their child isn’t getting the attention they need in order to meet academic goals, or simply the because a private school has a better location than other public alternative. The Reed Preparatory Academy can look beyond these reasons to help gain student enrollment, uphold our excellent academic reputation in the community, and gain access to better learning, by the considerations and recommendations listed in this report. A1. Environmental Considerations & Recommendations The are several laws that require school house building to follow numerous codes ensuring the safety of all the children and adults that utilize the building all year long. In 2014 Reed Prep will undergo an enormous remodel and 60,000 square foot addition. The original building was constructed in 1910. There are several mold areas in the cafeteria, asbestos in the ceilings, and lots of toxic exposures to the children from the old lead paint that was used in the original structure. While getting these issues addressed we have an opportunity to go above and beyond the minimum law requirements for school structures. Through out our country “LEED certified” buildings are popping up, our remodel and addition should follow suit. LEED stands for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design...

Chennai: Aug 8, 2006. pg. 1 Abstract (Summary) Both the failure to cross-examine the representatives of the Party under Sections 8B and C, and the unexplained omission to vest the Authority with the power under Section 166A of the Cr.P.C. considerably dilutes the force of the Inquiry Authority's opinion that there was "not a shred of evidence" to link the Congress party to these transactions, that no wrong can be attributed to the Congress party, that there was "no evidence that the Congress party was involved in the contract and that it derived any benefit at all from the contracts," that "indeed, there is nothing to show that the Indian Congress Party had anything to do with the contracts" and that "the reference to the Indian Congress party with respect to Contract No M/10/57 is not justified at all." The impression left in an average reader's mind is that the Authority, by its repeated asseverations to the above effect, wanted to drive home the innocence of the Congress Party beyond all ambiguity or misunderstanding, although this seemingly contradicts its opinion that the sources, materials and documents collected by [Volcker] were "authentic and reliable". Another incongruity There is yet another incongruity as well: Of the four from India named by Volcker report as non-contractual beneficiaries (meaning that they had no obligation to supply food or humanitarian goods...

This document describes Cisco network solutions for transporting data between Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) and Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) and the Operations Support System (OSS) in a telco data communications network (DCN). The DCN transports network management traffic between network elements and their respective OSS, making them a vital link between the service network and the network operations center (NOC). The solutions presented in this document will help telcos connect their SONET/SDH network elements to a router-based network using the Open System Interconnection (OSI) protocol, which simplifies the DCN and reduces equipment costs.
