I therefore isolate myself and contact very few or no one at all. These are my general reactions to stress. I am most concerned about how easily I get annoyed and can lash out at very slight things. I have found some easy ways of dealing with my reactions. When I feel stress building up, first thing I do is to momentarily give myself a break from what is stressing me.
