By using the time matrix, I would analyze and consider that, the assignment is important and urgent, and visit the Aquarium with my friend is important but not urgent. I would put my time and effort finishing the assignment first; and have my visit to the Aquarium with my friend in the weekend if I could finish the assignment beforehand.
