10 oz cranberry juice
750 ml bottle of dry champagne
20 cranberries

1-1/2 oz. Patron Silver Tequila (Try other silver tequilas, just make sure that your tequila is 100 percent Agave)
3/4-oz. Cointreau
2 oz. fresh sour freshly-squeezed juice of one lime

Directions: Prepare fresh sour by simply mixing 2 parts fresh, filtered lemon juice with 1 part simple syrup. To make simple syrup, dissolve an equal amount of granulated sugar in boiling water (i.e, 2 cups sugar dissolved in 2 cups boiling water) and allow to cool. Select the perfect limes, they should be Peruvian limes, dark-green, soft and pliable. Store your limes at room temperature and roll them on a hard surface for maximum juice extraction. Hand-extract lime juice, using a juice extractor, into a 16 oz. mixing glass. Add fresh sour, Cointreau and tequila to mixing glass. Add ice and shake until well blended. Strain your Margarita into an ice-filled 14 oz. goblet. Remember, never use the same ice to serve a drink as you used to prepare it. Garnish with a wedge of lime.Salting the rim of glass is not recommended. If, however, you want to rim glass with salt, simply rub the outside of the lip with fresh lime and dip into a bowl of kosher salt. 4. Blood-Orange Margarita
Ingredients
▪ 1 1/2 oz. gold tequila
▪ 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier or mandarin liqueur
▪ 1/2 oz. lime juice
▪ 1 oz. blood-orange juice
▪ 1/2 oz. sugar syrup
▪ 1 egg white
▪ superfine sugar
▪ ice cubes
Directions
First, frost a cocktail glass with sugar: Dip the rim in a saucer of egg white, then a saucer of sugar, shake off any excess, and chill.

Next, add a scoop of ice to a cocktail shaker, then tequila, Grand Marnier or liqueur, lime and blood-orange juices, and sugar syrup.

Shake vigorously and strain into the sugar-frosted glass.

5. White Sangria - 6 Servings
Offer this light, festive thirst quencher when your guests arrive.
Ingredients
· 1 1/2 cups mixed colorful bite-size melon pieces
· 1/3 cup sugar
· 1 750-ml bottle crisp white wine
· 1/4 cup brandy
· 2 tablespoons Triple Sec
· 3/4 cup sparkling water
· Ice cubes
· Lime or starfruit slices
· Small mint sprigs
Directions
Stir melon and sugar together in a large pitcher. Let stand for 15 to 30 minutes to draw out the juices.
Just before serving, stir wine, brandy, Triple Sec (or other orange liqueur) and sparkling water (or club soda) into the pitcher. Add ice cubes to 6 glasses. Fill the glasses with the sangria, spooning some of the fruit into each glass. Garnish each drink with a slice of lime (or starfruit) and a sprig of mint. 6. This weeks Recipe: Lime Greene

9. 07 Killa Ingredients: * 1 oz Vodka * 1 oz Rum (Light) * 3 oz Orange Juice * Garnish: Orange Slice * Glass: Old-Fashioned Glass * Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. * Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass full of ice. * Garnish with an orange slice.

10. 2xT Ingredients: * 2/3 oz Vodka * 1/3 oz Pepino Cactus * 1/3 oz Blue Curacao * Passion Fruit Syrup (or passion fruit juice) * drop Cranberry Juice * 1/3 oz Sour Mix * Garnish: Lime Twist * Glass: Highball Glass
2xT Instructions: * Shake all ingredients well with ice. * Strain into a highball glass full of crushed ice. * Garnish with a lime twist. 11. 43 Ingredients: * 1 shot Licor 43 * Milk * Garnish: Mint Sprig * Glass: Highball Glass
43 Instructions: * Fill a highball glass with ice. * Add the Licor 43, and fill with milk. * Garnish with a sprig of mint. 12. 69er Ingredients: * 1 part Crème de Menthe * 1 part Crème de Cacao (white) * Glass: Shot Glass
69er Instructions: * Add the white creme de cacao to a chilled shot glass. * Slowly pour the green creme de menthe over the back of a chilled spoon to form the top layer.

13. 57 Chevy Ingredients: * 2/3 oz Southern Comfort * 2/3 oz Gin * 2/3 oz Orange Juice * 2/3 oz Pineapple Juice * 1 dash Grenadine * Garnish: Mint Sprig * Glass: Old-Fashioned Glass
57 Chevy Instructions: * Shake all ingredients well with ice. * Add a few ice cubes to an old-fashioned glass. * Strain into the glass, and garnish with a sprig of mint.

14. 50P Ingredients: * 2 oz Cognac * 8-10 Mint * 4 Lime (wedges) * 1 tbsp Sugar Syrup * Lemon-Lime Soda * Garnish: Mint Sprig * Glass: Highball Glass
50P Instructions: * Muddle the mint leaves, syrup and lime wedges in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. * Add the cognac and shake well. * Pour into a highball glass and fill with crushed ice. * Top with lemon-lime soda, and garnish with a sprig of mint.

15. Ingredients: CAIPIROSCA | Vodka | 8 (Wedges) | Lime | 1 Teaspoon | Sugar granulated |
Mixture:
1. Put 8 lime wedges into an old-fashioned glass.
2. Pour sugar over the wedges.
3. Muddle the sugar and lime wedges (be careful so you don't muddle to hard or the drink will become to bitter).
4. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
5. Pour vodka over the ice until the glass is full.
6. Serve.

Mixture:
1. Pour Lager and Cider into a Beer glass.
2. Top with Vodka.
3. Serve.

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all the ingredients and stir.

1. Pour Apricot brandy into the glass with ice.
