Despite the highest loyalty for Suave in the past, it got reduced to be just comparable to others. |Category |Suave |Low-end| |[pic] |[pic] | | Target decision Suave already established firmly low-price brand image on customor’s mind through being $100 million selling brand for last 10 years. Whatever new products named in Suave is hardly repositioned to higher price product and it should be used as strength of Suave. Low-price does not mean low quality. It is just economic and current target, who are 18-49 aged working women, middle income and blue collar occupation, may concern this mostly. (Suave consumers prefered to buying heavy package one) Rather, trier rejectors mainly seemed to worry more about qualtity so it is uneasy to satisfy them by increase in quality of shampoo. For example, their colored hair might need special ingredient to manage it. Segment size itself is smaller than current ont. Thus, keeping current target for Suave is suggested. Budget decision $10.2M is prefered. As known in Q3, more advertising expenditure tends to increase profit for low priced product like Suave. Consultants mention that brand awareness for Suave is less than other competitors and Suave...

...prefer more expensive shampoos or the more economically friendly brands. Paul Mitchell and Suave differ greatly in cost. Most grocery stores carry products like Suave; which can be purchased for around a dollar a bottle. Paul Mitchell products on the other hand are carried strictly in hair salons and also are much more expensive. Paul Mitchell products tend to be around twenty to thirty dollars a bottle. This is one of the very few disadvantages of Paul Mitchell shampoo products. With the hefty price tag, Paul Mitchell also comes with much more quality than Suave. Suave is a very mild, concentrated formula that does not give the shine and softness that Paul Mitchell does. Paul Mitchell has different formulas for different types of hair. This allows you to have a customized shampoo that your hair will receive many benefits from. Once I made the switch from Suave to Paul Mitchell products I noticed a big difference in the weight and texture of my hair. Styling my hair became a breeze because it no longer required as much product to keep my hair in place for the entire day. Paul Mitchell shampoo contains no silicone. Silicone which is often times found in suave products provides a nice shiny appearance, but causes hair to become heavy from all the left over residue, flat, limp and hard to style. Natural extracts are added both Suave and Paul Mitchell. However, Natural Extracts added in Suave are often times over powering with scent, or lack...

...There is one common abbreviation which may cause confusion: c7 - refers to C dominant 7th. This is by far the most common kind of 7th chord, which is why it is standard practice to use the shortest abbrevation. Cmaj7 or sometimes CM7 (with a capital M) refers to the Major 7th chord. Cmin7 or sometimes Cm7 (with a lower case m) refers to the Minor 7th chord. A similar short hand is used for 9ths and other extended chords.

...Running head: DECISION MAKING CASE STUDY Decision Making Case Study Lisa Powers HCS 514 University of Phoenix Decision Making Case Study Today’s healthcare organizations have the difficult task of maintaining adequate operations in the economic climate we live in. Budget cuts have hit all organizations in corporate America as well as the healthcare industry. Staying afloat in these economic times requires the implementation of difficult decisions, often including reduction of services. This has never been more prevalent than in the health care industry. Healthcare organizations are being hit hard. Hospitals and outpatient clinics are operating with budget deficits. Many organizations are now required to cut or eliminate clinical services in order to remain operational. Determining which clinical services should be cut requires managerial staff to make the difficult decision. Managers require tools that enable them to best make that difficult decision to best address the health care needs of the community served. The New York State Medicaid program is the largest single payer of healthcare in the state of NY to the tune of about $47 billion dollars (“Advocates,” 2008). New York has the nation’s highest total and per-patient Medicaid spending and must link spending to healthcare priorities. The number of uninsured patients has steadily increased over the past few years. Funding losses and projected increased operating expenses have left...

...Characteristically a Trickster – A Critical Review He’s sly, cunning, good-looking and suave. He appears from nowhere and returns to the same. He is your friend and your enemy. Keep a close eye on him, but also believe what he says, for he may help you to see clearly. Who is this man? He is the TRICKSTER! He is present in nearly all Native American stories; however, the form to which he adapts is constantly changing. From dirty old men, to young good-looking heart breakers, the trickster provides an outlet for much humor, irony and truth. It is from the article “Ambigere: The Euro-American Picaro and the Native American” by Franchot Ballinger that most of the trickster qualities are described. “A roguish traveler(s)” (21-39), the Trickster is seen as a character who rebels against moral and civil code. Their tales, which exist mostly in myth, are notable for their lack of an adequate ending. The ending is nearly impossible to accomplish because the Trickster is a figure that never ends. Reappearing in nearly every Native American piece of fiction, the Trickster’s story continues, although the persona changes. “This young man (occasionally women) usually (by the standards of society) are of low birth or of obscure origins (perhaps orphaned…) and come from a disreputable background… surviving by his wits, which often means living by begging, theft, deception…” (21-39). Many of these traits, present is so many Trickster figures, have developed into genres of...
